        The oxide film has a great influence on the quality of the aluminum plate. Oxide film refers to the thickness, porosity, transparency, etc. of the aluminum plate during the production process. The thickness of the film layer in the aluminum plate can be kept above 10 um, and the porosity and transparency can be obtained, so that a better dyeing quality can be obtained.


        Dyeing temperature

        The aluminum plate is divided into cold dyeing and thermal dyeing during the dyeing process. The use of cold dyeing takes a long time, and the uniformity of color in the middle of the dyeing process is better. The heat dyeing time is relatively short, but it is difficult to control the color during the dyeing process. The temperature of thermal dyeing is usually between 10 and 60 °C. If the temperature is too high during the dyeing process, the adsorption of the dye is reduced, and the surface of the aluminum plate is easily embossed.

        The influence of aluminum sheet materials

        Usually, in the process of production, high-purity aluminum, aluminum-magnesium, and aluminum-manganese alloys are anodized, and the dyeing function is the best, and can be dyed in various colors. For plates containing relatively heavy silicon or copper, only dark and black can be dyed during the dyeing process, which is more monotonous.

        Dyeing solution concentration

        There is a certain relationship between the concentration of the aluminum plate and the dyeing. If the aluminum plate is dyed in a light color, the concentration can be lowered a little, and the dark color concentration can be higher.

        Generally, the aluminum plate material produced is dyed in a relatively light color with a color of 0.1-0.39 g/L, a light color of 1 g/L, a dyed dark color of 3-5 g/L, and a densely colored color of 10-15 g/L. If the required dyeing concentration is high, it will cause uneven color or floating color. It is easy to produce color in the process of cleaning and closing.

        In order to enhance the adsorption performance of the dyeing, it is possible to use the low-concentration color for the extension dyeing, so that the dye can be uniformly penetrated into the oxide film, which makes the dyeing more harmonious and firm.
